Refund & Return Policy
Return Window
We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. Because these are research chemicals, opened or partially used products cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@aiopeptidesofficial.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address.
- Ship the product back within 14 days of receiving your RMA. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you a confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage or the incorrect product. We will ship a replacement at our expense or issue a full refund, your choice.

- Opened or partially used products
- Products missing original packaging or seals
- Gift cards
- Clearance items marked as final sale
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly by email. Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in account suspension.
