Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Packaging
All products are packed in insulated mailers with cold packs where required to maintain integrity in transit. Vials are sealed and cushioned against impact.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. You can also view tracking in your account page.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future; sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact support@aiopeptidesofficial.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
